Hi, happy to see you here!
Why is flow important to me? I experience flow at work when supporting companies, but also when developing new concepts. Being in the mountains, trying out new things, and living in harmony with nature or leading a sustainable lifestyle are the basic prerequisites for me.
Why do I enjoy work? I love accompanying people in making the most out of their workdays. In my opinion, this is best achieved with ease, and the search for flow has proven to be practical for that.
Why is my joy contagious? I am an opportunist and love trying out new things. Sometimes, challenges may arise. A good structure and a positive attitude are my companions.

Hey, nice to e-meet You! I love supporting teams in becoming the best versions of themselves.
Why is flow important to me? Some people say that life happens while one is in a state of flow. When you are so focused on what you are doing, that time just flies by, when creativity just happens and tasks get done. I used to experience flow seldomly, when playing music for example. So when I disovered that one can experience flow at other times - at work, etc - it seemed like a new world opened up to me.
Why do I enjoy work? I have always been into finding out how to become more productive, how to find out what works for me. Moreover I have always been a team player, thriving when working with other people. This makes my job of guiding teams to becoming more effective a dream come true.
Why is my joy contagious? Because I can get really excited about little successes and because I am enthusiastic about seeing other people do great.
