Kanban System Improvement (KSI) Training
Why KSI?
The KSI training builds upon the fundament layed in the KSD training. You will develop your knowledge about Kanban, and also delve deeper into the more challenging aspects of it. In the KSI training you will get a toolset that helps you recognize and improve challenges that lead to delays and fluctuations. Furthermore, you will learn why Kanban is human-friendly change method, because of the way it goes about introducing change. Another important aspect is extending the horizon in which we look at the workflow. We extend it to optimize the workflow throughout the entire organisation, to optimise for the expectation of stakeholders and customers.
